This is by no means a complete list of all reference works available on the Regency Period. It is a list of the works I enjoy using and reading. Many of these books are out of print and some are difficult to get such as the letters of Harriet Granville. I would advise a trip to Bookfinder or ABE to track down what you are looking for.
