Honesty

Having worked as both a consumer and supplier of  mining technical services  I know that there are some consultants who display boundless confidence; whatever the nature of a potential clients project or problem, they say they can handle it. Unfortunately this initial confidence is sometimes not justified.

I am very  aware that the long-term viability of my ( relatively specialised ) business depends on continuing relationships with satisfied clients, and I believe that honesty is vital in building such relationships. I am therefore determined that :-

• I will honestly state the ability of Minnovate to do the work outlined by a potential client

• I will not accept work that is outside of the areas of knowledge and skills of myself and my trusted associates

• If I know of another consultant, company or organisation that I believe is better suited to do the work outlined, I will make the potential client aware of this

• I will, even at the risk of causing offence, bring it to the potential client's attention if I believe that the work outlined may fail to yield the envisaged benefits
