Finlay Park is owned and administered on behalf of the Waikato Baptist Churches. The park has permanent buildings set in spacious grounds on the edge of Lake Karapiro. There are plenty of shade trees and lots of very tranquil river and rural views.

Accommodation
10 rooms with 8 bunks in the upstairs "apartments block" (adults / family accommodation)
10 rooms with 8 bunks in the "Lake Block" or accommodation block on the plan. (children's / leaders accommodation)
4 rooms of 10 or 12 in the "river cabins" (family accommodation with ensuites)
3 rooms in the "lagoon Suites" (adults accommodation with ensuites)
Keas, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers and Leaders will use the accommodation block, while adults and families can use the river cabins on a share basis and the lagoon suites and perhaps some of the apartments for smaller family groups, however we will try and keep the camp contained to keep cleaning to a minimum.
