On September 8th, at Kawerau in the Bay of Plenty, our local S.A.D.D students hosted a mock crash,
to demonstrate the effects of drinking and driving. Happy to participate were, local Police, St John Ambulance crews, Brent Willetts Funeral Director, Kawerau Fire Service and the Bay Trust Rotorua Rescue Helicopter. During the day we raised a few hundred dollars for SADD, and the Kawerau District Council donated $1000 to the Bay Trust Helicopter.
