Warranty:Any defect found in Workmanship or Materials in any product manufactured and supplied by Paratechnics within 60 days of purchase shall be rectified by repair, replacement or refund at the option and opinion of Paratechnics.Disclaimer: Paratechnics shall not be responsible for any personal loss, damage or injury, including death, arising from the use of any equipment manufactured and/or supplied by Paratechnics. Use of any product (or service) supplied by Paratechnics is at the sole risk.of the user. The owner and/or operator and/or user (as
appropriate) of any product supplied by Paratechnics shall be responsible
for the safe operation of such product, and shall posess or obtain before
use all necessary skills, pre-operation briefings, safety equipment, support
equipment and personnel, licences authorisations or permits, safe operating
areas, and any other thing necessary to ensure such safe operation.
