OWC Callback Features

 The marketplace is constantly moving to address the needs of the consumer, and OWC is moving with the market to bring you the products and services all of you have been waiting for.

  "Follow Me" or Roam.
  Change your "CallBack" location anywhere, any time, with our "Follow Me" feature. Going on a trip? You can change your CallBack number from any phone. Dial the access number, but don’t hang up. The computer will answer your call and guide you through the steps to change your CallBack number. As a security feature, you are provided with a unique Authorization Number, insuring that no one else can use your Access Number.

  "Caller Announcement".
  With "Caller Announcement," a computer voice will ask for you by room number or extension number. If you are in a hotel and would like to save money on your calls by using "CallBack," you simply use the "Follow Me" feature to change your CallBack to ring at your hotel, then use the "Caller Announcement," to have a computerized prompt ask for you by extension number. The hotel operator will then know to transfer the call to your room and you have an international line with CallBack rates. To make more calls you do not need to hang up, just hit the # sign three times for another dial tone.
  This feature is great in an office environment as well.

  "Hot Line"
  Do you have loved ones (or business partners) in another location that you call frequently? Would you like to be able to call them, or have them call you at the lowest possible international phone rates? Well then "Hot Line" is for you! You can call the other party simply by dialing your access number, then hanging up. Your phone and the recipient’s phone will ring at the same time. You can change the recipient’s phone number, but they can’t change yours. This is great for multinational businesses to limit international calls between 2 locations.

  Communications Software
  Do you have a computer modem and/or fax program on your computer? Would you like to be able to use CallBack with it? Well now you can! We have Windows based software that sits in your computer’s memory and watches your communications port. When it sees that you are dialing a number that would be cheaper with CallBack, it stores the number, dials your CallBack number, hangs up the line, answers the phone when it calls back, and finally dials the number you want dialed, changing the format of the destination number for use with CallBack (if necessary). It does all this in the background so you, and your program, don't even know it's happening.

  Telemanagement
  Detailed statements keep you in control. You get an itemized monthly statement with calls grouped by originating number with each call listed with the date, time, duration, country, and charge.
  Enhanced billing options. Call accounting, accounting codes and detailed call reports.

  Auto-Redial Feature.
  Lets you make another call without going through the CallBack procedure. Just hit the # three times and you will receive a dial tone. You never lose your international line, so you do not waste time waiting to get another line.

• No monthly minimum charge.
  Many companies have monthly minimums for usage. If you use you less, then they penalize you with fees. With OWC, there is no minimum amount you must spend. OWC lets you decide just how much, or how little, you want to spend.
