Auto Slalom by Elektronica
There are quite a few Russian Game&Watch clones and while some
are based on the original Nintendo versions with only slight changes
(I've seen both Egg & Octopus like this) the 3 games shown above seem to
be "unique games" and all play suprisingly well.
