· What the weight loss or gain is made up of depends on what you
eat, the supplements you take, and the type of exercise you undertake.
Energy intake is determined by such things as; the amount we eat,
the quality of the food / supplement, the carbs / protein / fat
we consume.
Energy expenditure is slightly more complex, it is determined by
such things as; the amount of exercise we do, the intensity of the
exercise, our body weight, the supplements we take, our metabolic
rate.
