It's snowing
Being near to so many ski fields, and what with ski fields naturally being built in areas where it often snows, Methven often finds itself being covered in snow...

After the snow has fallen
When it stops snowing, all of Methven and the surrounding areas look resplendent in a fresh coat of snow. This same snow on the ski fields makes the Blue Pub an ideal place for skiers to stay.

But not always
Of course, it doesn't always snow in Methven. In fact, in the summer there are still many outdoors activities which can be undertaken by both visitors and locals alike, including ballooning and jet boat riding.
